1. Delivery Time For Garments
Generally, items are available for delivery in the below-mentioned time duration. For an accurate turnaround time, please contact customer service and tell us the product codes of your required items. For priority orders on a rush-cut basis, please contact customer service and we will see how we can help you.
Please consider this time requirement when placing your order. For other personalized items, please contact customer service to know the expected ship date of the item.

- Occasions Dresses: 4 – 6 weeks
- Evening & Party Dresses: 3 – 5 weeks
- Casual Dresses & Kurtis: 3 – 5 weeks
- Jewelry Items: 3 – 5 weeks
- Men’s Sherwani: 3 – 5 weeks
- Men’s Shalwar Kameez: 2 – 4 weeks
- Abayas and Casual Kurtis: 2 – 4 weeks
- Lawn and Cotton Suits: 2 – 4 weeks
- Leather Jackets and Goods: 4 – 6 weeks
These are only estimated time frames and may vary during seasonal workloads and peak periods. The final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on the delivery time frame before placing your order.
2. Express Shipping Service
All the orders are shipped via FedEx to any address in the world. Transit time is 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.
Dress Republic cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during transit or delays during the manufacturing process; however, we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
3. Shipping Charges
These are applied as per weight and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of your order page before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s), and if it is different from the charge shown on the “final review of your order” page, you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
4. Customs / Duties / Taxes
When ordering goods from Dress Republic for delivery overseas, you may be subject to paying import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Dress Republic, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5. Returns Policy For Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements and sizes that you provide on our website or by email, phone, or fax. Dress Republic, in any case, will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) instead of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in the record so that if any misfit case arises, we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of orders. If they are sent incorrectly, defective, or do not fit in accordance with the size ordered, we’ll offer you a free fix.
6. Returns Policy For Leather Jackets
All our jackets are custom-made from scratch based on your size, specifications, and measurements. As these are personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before dispatching your order, we take and share product photos for your review. Please note that slight variations may occur since the item is a remake of the original. Additionally, zippers may not include a brand name. However, we strive to replicate the design as closely as possible.
7. Returns Policy For Other Items
At Dress Republic, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrectly. Please know that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. Custom, oversized, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items that have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents or have any kind of marks, damage, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
8. Listings and Descriptions
Dress Republic makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and lifelike. While the reproduction of colors and styles contained in the photographs shown on this website is as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Dress Republic cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style. However, the actual colors you see will depend on the screen resolution of your computer and the browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
9. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges, which will be determined after reviewing your requested modifications.
